Some concerns reported to the HRA are SCC Code Violations. Residents can directly notify St. Charles County — it's the most efficient and effective recourse. SCC will update you on the status of your complaint as well.

An Architectural Request Form is required for any exterior improvements or changes to your home or land. Submit online or print and complete.
